I'm currently focused on redefining the E2E experience for customer care advocate (agent) for CX Industry. So far it has been a challenging experience knitting the legacy stack, with modern Redwood user experience.

As a consultant to CT - RDA group (Corporate Technology - Research in Digitalization and Automation) I was actively involved in redefining digital experience of the company’s existing and futuristic products by conducting research on technology and users. I was instrumental in creating a blueprint for future smart cities at Expo 2020 Dubai, the new cloud-based MindSphere app designed to digitally optimize Expo 2020 Dubai & enhance the visitor experience.

MyVilla

MyVilla is a premium real estate web portal that assists buyers search for premium villas and townhouse properties in Dubai to buy or rent.

My role was to research the existing market, user needs, define user journey, understand design trends and design an outstanding digital real estate portal. I collaborated with the sales and marketing team, development engineering team to design, test and launch the product in Dubai.

Core Wagering Solutions - CWS

At CWS, lead the design team.

Played a critical role in defining the design strategy of the products. This included analyzing the iGaming market, defining the user requirements and identifying the critical success factors. During the execution phase, I collaborated with the concept artist, defined the 3D pipeline, reviewed the design outputs and delivered the products.

Cisco Systems – Cisco Video Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.

Worked with the French design team to design Cisco Videoscape Snowflake user interface, which changed the way subscribers perceive TV. Users could intuitively discover, view, record, and share content on one screen, including linear, over-the-top (OTT), VoD. I was successful in building a collaborative work environment between the design and development team and was instrumental for the quick launch of the product.

Huawei Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. – Parent Company Ionidea Interactive Pvt. Ltd.

Tasked with executing the branding activity of the entire Application and Software business line gave me an opportunity to interact with various stakeholders in the Organization. This helped me in understanding the mental model and functioning pattern of various teams which guided my design decision.

X10 Animations

X10 challenged me to utilize my 3D design skills in a new domain – Architectural Visualization. This opportunity gave me a platform to enhance my web & graphic design skills. This exposure unlocked my potential to use the design tools irrespective of any domain.
